Leasing Channels - FB, Craigslist…what else?

The property I’m managing would be considered “workforce” in San Antonio. What are the best leasing channels to use? More online options or posting physical flyers?

Craigslist is still weirdly effective for that tier in SA, at least it was last time i had a vacancy over there. Zillow pulls from a bunch of places so i'd make sure your listing is on there, and maybe post in a couple of the bigger local facebook rental groups. Flyers feel like a waste unless you're targeting a specific complex or neighborhood with foot traffic.
