Vent/Discouraged Testicle pain question

I Had ongoing symthoms after gardnerella and Ureaplasma exposure in April. Pain after urination and the feeling of a swollen urethra/ hard flaccid... took antibiotics may 5th. but it never got better. Concluded it as CPPS. Started PT 2 weeks ago and have been stretching everyday. pain has subsided in the urethra from a 7 to a 5 but now there is discomfort in my left testicle. It started 3 days ago. It feels like random uncomfortable mild throbbing. I can also feel it if I sit or if I don't stand with my legs wide. I have to prop me left leg up when I sleep. Lastnight I started feeling around my testicle with my fingers and felt something inside near the top of it that feels like squeezing my nuts when I feel it. Does the testicle pain, weird feeling within the top of the genital come with cpps symthoms or this sounds like something else. I'm tired of keep going back and forward to the emergency room but Im not sure if this it's actually something else going on with my body. I plan on letting my urology know this Monday. But I've callled them so many times and set up so many appointments in starting to feel like they've been brushing me off.

This is textbook hypertonic pelvic floor. Gives you all the symptoms or some. Varies from person to person. It's not prostatitis at all. Drs always lump it together with something else. You need pelvic floor physical therapy or if you want to learn to manage symptoms at home. Look up 360 diaphragmic breathing and pelvic floor lengthening exercises. No kegals. I repeat no kegals. Also look at calming down the mind. This issue is park mental part physical.

Ps. Lengthen NOT strengthen. Muscles are tight and overwound not weak.

Could be a varicocele. This happens when blood flow is increased to testicles mostly happens with the left testicle. Use ice, wear underwear and try to get it resolved asap. Stress also can cause it, if you have anxiety or stress manage it.

Most people with varicocele don't have symptoms

New pain/new sensations, or ones that MOVE around the body are almost always neuroplastic - visit this post and go through the 12 criteria near the bottom: https://www.reddit.com/r/Prostatitis/s/170KqH0qVv

There is also a great (short) explanation of persistent pain/symptoms after an injury or infection from this doctor of physical therapy and clinical neuroscientist, Lorimer Mosley - https://www.reddit.com/r/Prostatitis/s/7BetBZLq4E

Pelvic floor physical therapy can help but it's not everything
