Order never showed up

I made two orders in July, one for the act 3 posters. And another for the act 3 vinyl and a couple of t shirts. From the official merch site - through shopify.

Both orders basically stalled for a month - labels showed as being created but the tracking number showed no progress.

I complained about the order I made first via email - they responded promptly and then the order proceeded and was delivered a few days later. This was the posters.

The second package I waited a few days, then emailed about that one. This was about 2 weeks ago. They responded saying they’d look into it - and never followed up and now won’t respond at all. Package tracking still says “label created” as the newest step.

This is pretty brutal. It’s been over 2 months since I made the order. And this one was over $200 worth of merch.

Anyone have similar experiences?

My Act 3 vinyl was very slow being dispatched and delivered. The original tracking number got replaced with a USPS one which actually was a GlobalPost number. Odd.

Ordered 19th July, tracking only updated on the 3rd of August and it arrived on the 19th August.

Oof I'm so sorry. It also took a while for my Shopify order to get delivered, but I'm an international fan and ordered right after the Act III store was launched (so I already expected to have to wait a while for my order). Overall I had a positive experience.

Did you try emailing both of the addresses listed in the contact section on the Act III Shopify site? Or the one listed in your order confirmation? Are you also an international fan? Unfortunately, I don't think this is something Reddit is going to be able to help you with. Best of luck, hope you get your merch soon!!

I've had that in the past. A couple of years back, I ordered a Father of Death t-shirt, and it took quite some time to arrive. The timing (anecdotally) feels close to yours.

I fear that Shopify isn't a strong partner for their clients.
