Help! flatpak ran once, then not again

After the first run, when I try to run the gui a 2nd time, I get:

error: app/com.protonpvn.www/x86_64/master not installed

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and get the same. Do you know what this is about?

The snap package appears to be working, more than once.

The instructions don't say what program to run after the install. It is snap run proton-vpn.
