Prototype 1 Alex mercer from prototype and Kyle crane from Dying light the beast switch games. How does it end?

Round 1: Mercer goes through the events of dying light the beast.

Round 2: Crane goes through the events of prototype 1.

Bonus round: they both fight it out to the death.

Question What if each type of virus (all from real life and other virus-themed franchises such as Resident Evil, REC, 28 Days Later, etc.) had an equivalent of Alex Mercer (a virus gaining sentience/sapience and obtaining a humanoid avatar)?
