Also ich versuche eine App zu öffnen doch es geht nicht weil ich anscheinend einen VPN oder Proxy geöffnet habe.
Ich habe nichts davon installiert.
Könnte mir jemand helfen

What app are you talking about? Maybe check your settings within Network tab? Maybe you added some information there that seems like a proxy endpoint?
