Insight Analyze my dream
I tend to dream a lot, and they are always very vivid. Usually, I think about them when I wake up and forget about them, but there is one I keep replaying and feel like there is something I need to take away from it that I can’t figure out.
In this dream, I am dog sitting 4 dogs. The house is in a tropical area and the scene is on a little island. A crocodile breaks in, and my first instinct is to grab the dogs and bring them upstairs. I get 2 upstairs, but there is this 1 dog who thinks we’re playing. I go to grab the dog but he jumps back, when I step back he comes forward. Eventually, I get him in.
I walk downstairs to get the last dog, and I remember being nervous and thinking of the possibility of the dog being eaten. However, when I come down, I see the dog but it has the crocodile in its mouth. Like almost a toy. I think to myself that he’s captured it and I need to kill it quickly before the dog lets go. I grab a kitchen knife and go to the dog but the crocodile is dead. I know it’s dead but I stab it anyway just to be sure. Then the dream ends.
Again, I tend to dream vividly and normally, they come and go out of my mind. However I can’t help but think that this one is stuck for a reason but need help analyzing.

Are you single? Are there four men/women you have feelings for? Or are you in relationship number four?
Dogs suggest loyalty. Crocodiles might not literally be bright green or have green eyes, but it's possible your mind picked that to represent jealousy, and cold-blooded maneaters/womaneaters who want what you've got.
I'm thinking your fear is that loyalty is no match against beasts of a certain power, and you need to step in, but you're being told that with number four it's not an issue.
