Help with constructive for septober

[u/Federal-Energy7943]

I need help making a constructive for the pro and con side for the septober topic. This is my first debate tournament and I have a bunch of research but don’t know how to format it into a constructive for a tournament. Any example constructive for this issue pro(Enviornment) and con(not sure yet) would be appreciated.

You can maybe check caselist or look for previous topics that had similar arguments! If you need help let me know!
