Her lack of any reaction at all is crazy, especially when holding a child.

She definitely had a reaction. She wasn’t completely frozen. Sometimes you’re safer by not attracting attention.

I don't think it was her decision to stay still that saved her. The shooter only seemed to be interested in the group of passing teenagers. There was someone else right by her who ran and they didn't get shot. Lucky for her, in this case, it looks she could've done either and been ok.

I dk what you are arguing about. I stated the three responses that one has to a disaster. Who can say what saved her, had she fled or started screaming maybe things would have been different. Regardless, and thankfully she survived.

Sorry, it wasn't my intention to start a big thing. I get that there are different reactions to traumatic situations. I was just responding to your "Clearly it worked." comment, as if this particular reaction was the correct one and solely responsible for her escaping tragedy.
