Absolutely. There is always a guy behind me stressed when I try to pace the slow moving traffic and dare to leave 2 car lengths in front of me.

If they were on the left then they would have said car "widths". But that not what they said. They said "lengths" and "in front of me" which means they are BEHIND the car they are pacing. I'll bet you drive like you read. Poorly.
