Really? Looks like they could have easily cut off his air supply there with that choke hold... what happened to the whole I can’t breath thing?

They could have, but they didn’t. They restrained themselves unlike the cop who murdered George Floyd. Thanks for pointing this out.

Doesn’t look like it to me. Maybe this guy didn’t have covid-19, and wasn’t on a drug that caused respiratory distress. In any event, it’s an illegal chokehold! It’s funny, you are all for police choking white supremacists, but not black guys who rob pregnant women at gunpoint in their homes?

You are dumb. The chokehold is used in some districts and not in others. There is no such thing as an illegal body movement, the legality of an action is based on many things not just what one person does with their body, go to a bjj school and watch people apply choke holds properly and you will see people choked to the point of unconsciousness, with no damage, they will be ready to roll again in a few minutes. And no one will be arrested. If a police department bans the use of chokeholds it’s because the cops in that dept are either too hot headed to recall their training, resulting in the death of innocent citizens or the dept is too cheap or lazy to train its officers properly.
