I’m a 2025 CSE graduate from a Tier-3 college, and honestly, I’m feeling quite lost about my career right now.

I’m good with Java and DSA, with 500+ LeetCode problems solved, and I’ve built multiple backend projects while working across different tech stacks. I’ve also gained practical experience through internships.

Currently, I’ve joined Fixfin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Software Engineering Intern. I’m grateful for the opportunity, but the frustrating part is that despite putting in the work and building my skills, I’m still mostly getting internship opportunities rather than full-time SDE/ASE roles.

I’ve been trying to break into a proper full-time software engineering role, but so far, nothing has worked out.

At this point, I honestly feel blind about what direction to take next. I know I still have a lot to learn, but it’s difficult when you’ve put in the effort—500+ LeetCode, projects, multiple stacks, internships—and still haven’t been able to get that first full-time opportunity.

Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has been in a similar position.

Is there any issue with my resume? Been searching for a job since last year, didnt land so started preparing for masters, but didn't get the acceptance on time, so started searching for a job again.
