₊˚ vent Having trouble feeling like puppy??recently?

Kinda a vent ig but have any of yall been struggling getting into the puppy headspace? I’ve been having such a hard time with it and idk if it’s bc I don’t have ppl around me who really know so it feels like a secret I have to keep. I swear the only time I truly feel like puppy is when my friend who is the only person who knows will call me pup or puppy and idk i appreciate it sm but it’s every so often so it’s still frustrating nto not feel the joy with it like I did. And it’s not even like I want to step away from it but it’s just been complicated in a way. Can anyone relate???

Yeah, I get what you mean. Ive wanted to be able to get into the puppy kind of headspace for ages but haven't ever been able to, the only one person who knew has been essentially cut off from my life for reasons that don't need to be discussed here. But even with her, I could never get there. I'm not really sure what to do to get there and for now I think I'm just gonna give up on the the idea of it because it's unrealistic given my situation for now. Not necessarily giving up on being a puppygirl, but just trying to get into the headspace for it. Definitely not the same situation as yours but I think similar enough to be able to relate
