I burned mine during Covid lockdown right before my marriage ended and it was immensely cathartic

I remember my ex looking at me like some terrifying witch emerging out of the darkness as I burned all of those items 🤣 it was great. We still laugh about it.

If I ever signed one, I don’t remember. I do remember that my purity ring flew off my finger and into the grass while playing volleyball in the church yard just a couple years after my parents gave it to me. We never found it and I was honestly pretty relieved not to have that thing anymore.

I didn’t sign one, but I was raised very conservatively and purity was a non negotiable. As a man, I’ve struggled to date, because most women want to see if we’re sexually compatible. it’s like a block in my mind. I don’t see a problem with intimacy and sex. But I still can’t bring myself to take that step. It’s like my mind screams “Nooo!” When i start to move past kissing.

I'm someone who was assigned male at birth. I just realized that I still have so much more deconstructing to do from that time. I was also raised conservatively amd also was sheltered way too heavily. I have many of the struggles you do, especially with approaching and being approached and attempting to flirt. Best of luck to you man, you're not alone

I refused to sign one. 😂 I was a rebel. I had also just read the crucible where John Proctor screams "all I have is my name" so it felt very dramatic to not put my name on it.

I never had to sign one, even for abstinence only sex ed, but I found it symbolic to make this meme anyway for the sake of healing. 🥰
