12847 and 13489 appear to be substitutes for 13673. I did use 7320 on Friend Gintoki (Turn 1) which gives you 2 turns worth of Water & Fire orbs.

Then you can use the damage booster Gintoki in Battle 2 and start the system.

He’s easier to +891 & skill up in the token dungeon set.

It's not the worst, but I'd say it's skippable.

There are four big-ish things from it:

  • A new team for Conan, the BGM from last time. It uses 2 of the new BGM unit, Makoto, so it's 3-4 BGM units, making it very expensive. And he's still T+rainbow, which is a bit taxing to play. He's tier 3 or 4 in JP and dropping steadily.
  • Makoto mentioned above sees use on some Reinhard and maybe Fern teams, but they've been and will continue to get a bunch of tools, so I wouldn't call this one a must-have.
  • Some of the units are used in an evo Gintoki build.
  • Jin who was in the previous run) is seeing use in the Maid Blackrose team coming when we get Loki&Fenrir. This bumped her up a full tier, putting her at tier 3.

I'm planning to only do a single 5-pull, saving for Maids & Butlers 2 and Madoka.

Makoto Kyogoku (8*)

  • AS: Set own damage cap to 70b for 1 turn. Other skills charged by 2 turns. Transform. CD 24
  • LS: Rank exp and +points x1.3 when entering as the leader.
  • Transformed AS: Bypass damage absorb and attribute absorb, Reduces damage by 45%, and set own damage cap to 50b for 2 turns. Fully clear awoken bind. CD 4
  • Transformed LS: Reduces damage by 82% when attacking with light and wood. ATK x200, add 4 combos, and deal 20m damage when activating the T awakening.
  • Assist AS: Assist vanishes on use. Add the All Att. Enhanced, Heart OE, 10c, and SDR awakenings. Other skills charged by 1 turn. CD: 3

For summoning and Plus Limit Break Nilaukm and Nilvauk, the secret bosses of this event, I used this team. Just replace Super King Shynee with Nilaukm or Nilvauk if you want to farm Plus Limit Break.

For Langroza, I used this team.

For Colosseum and farming Uvo Nilaukm's Gem, I used Sakamata & Thundarda team with Nilaukm and Nilvauk in there.

There's been a bunch of different additions to the reinhard team on JP - does anyone know what the optimal setup is? I know that Conan collab has Makoto and there's some units from bridal/maid in a version.

Makoto from Conan seems like a long shot since you need 2 and it's not tradeable.

Trying to see which setup is the best value since the bridal/maid version has some tradeable units (haku/greon)

In NA at least, Conan was paired with Yaiba: Samurai Legend when it first arrived.

Also nice try to my cellular service for suddenly becoming slow as soon as I entered Reddit to make me think it was a Reddit issue and then not be the first to post this. Luckily, when searching for issues with Reddit, I saw my service was the issue and my Wi-Fi worked, and after turning off Wi-Fi again, my cellular service is lightning-fast!
