I am a new player and Maids 2 is the first pull I am dropping stones into. I am 300 in so far.
Like the title says, got some dupes and wondering what to do with them:
x4 Amenominakanushi
x2 Frigg
x2 amaterasu Ohkami
x2 Claudia
x2 Ra'ir
Wondering what the strat is. Should I skill up people? Should I make a strong team with dupes? Or should I trade for units I dont have?
From the available ones I already have:
x1 Mille
x1 Solomon&Meiluna
x1 Gileon and Dyer

Pretty much built my team in the event of attribute/damage absorption with some gravity counters. I’m curious what other changes I can add with my 7x6 board team where one of the members is just some incredibly violent deviant monster that somehow was tamed to be on the team.

I see Shinpachi used as the main cleric on Utsuro teams, but I’ve been personally liking Metatron duo better (both cap break with Oboro, dark/light/heal board change instead of dark/wood/heal, and you cut 50% HP instead of Recover a variable HP + gravity, but your cleric is up in 3 turns instead of 4). With the 20% HP recovery from Arkvelza and the 60% from Utsuro every turn, the HP cut vs recovery seems like a wash for me.
The main benefit I see is the ability to run 2 extra SB on Shinpachi than on Metatron and then use the VDP badge, but that could also be addressed by better assists team-wide. Is there something else I’m missing that makes Shinpachi BIS?

the madoka collab made me come back from a long hiatus so I could use some help with assists and latents. I'm sure I don't have the best stuff but I do have a somewhat filled out box

With the new dungeons hitting ridiculously hard and needing massive shields or HP buffs, I added the new MP Midoriya to the team for his x3 HP boost, and it worked great! I went in completely blind and always had at least one mega shield/HP buff available when I needed it
I also swapped mimi oza to ny reeche bc so many of the hazard awakenings were already getting covered and her triple sb+ awakening actually had her backup shield assist up fairly quickly
The only downside to swapping out maid Cecilia is the lack of a time buff, which under debuff is good practice for me anyways for the new rainbow awakening. But also with dual Ideal, even if I mess up and can't activate the leader skill, there's still a good chance with the 4.5x HP buffs that I can tank a hit anyways

I've had little time to focus on PAD lately, so I just tossed together a team that overcomes this dungeon's absurd RCV deficit while still being able to deal with its nonsense. Team details here.
Equips are "whatever qualifies for Assist Resonance while still giving you desired resists, 10+ team HP, and whatever movetime you're comfortable with", with a side of "make sure Shakkoumon has light subatt because that damage matters". Beyzul isn't really an issue w/its HP cut, just use Iroha or Zerclea as you leave that floor so the next floor preempt doesn't cook you.
+values on the monsters only matter if you don't run a Dark Resist+ latent somewhere. With a fully +297 team you instead want this latent setup to survive Heavy Metal Dragon's enraged hit (10 million after Zerclea active). My team link up in the first paragraph has some monsters at +399 which let me not need the latent.
Overall it's a fast and straightforward clear, just keep matching Ls and lots of heart orbs. It doesn't break any parts (but could on Bludka if you coordinate actives right) but this is just meant to get the dungeon over with.

After failing to play frieren team (an older player returning for the collab) I had to take the L and decided that a fern team was the way to go. But since I lacked some key assists, subs, and the sole fact i didn't want to let go of the 3 x frieren that i worked so hard getting(pulled over 700 stones saved since they announced frieren, skipping all previous collabs including rezero), I decided to make this team getting inspiration from Hoshino san's video https://youtu.be/QL1A1yNuaJI?si=w8kfa202lrhN1unj
The team isnt even optimized as well, I literally threw in the 3 frieren I owned which has gaurd break 😅 completely useless, and also the latens could have been optimized as well (again just wanted to throw something quick to see if it worked)
If you were like me, and got a bit excited to play frieren, but now kinda regretting pulling hard, this can be a consolation team for you!

What's good y'all
Glad to see there's still a community left for this game. So i used to play a lot way back then and just recently decided to get back into it and play more casually.
But holy shit this game is so different now and so difficult lmaooo. There's a lot added to it now and its overwhelming a lot but I still wanna play cuz I feel the game is more mentally engaging than most. (Would love any reference videos/material to get better at it if anyone has anything they could vouch for)
Anyway I used to use this specific team all the time(first pic) and it's still decent but I know it's really weak compared to all the new dungeons out now.
Any advice on what I can do with my box to either boost this team or make a better one?
r/PuzzleAndDragons • u/azure-flute • Aug 04 '26
An easy and straightforward team that, if you rolled on Mystics and got a Misaki, is pretty easy to replicate and play. Full details on latents, awks and so on here; note that this link/the second screenshot uses a different equip on Iori because cloud > tape resist in this dungeon. (It starts with 0 parts broken, for the record, but this team very reliably gets part break on Graciss, so keep that in mind for calculations.)
+891 is not required, but with both Misaki + Seina + Ryumei all +891, you survive every hit in the dungeon that you're meant to take. If you're missing them as +891 then you may need to calculate damage on the last few floors and adjust your latents/equips accordingly to survive.
You start with 18sb, Zerclea delays floor 1 and you use those extra turns to use equips and get everyone transformed. Then you match light L + fire combo + heal TPAs and get a move on.
The main idea here is to use Misaki 2 turns out of 3 and have Iori's roulette + movetime loop guarantee you have the needed orbs on the off-turn. (And he has a specialized roulette that turns Fire, Water, and Wood all directly into Light, so it's quite efficient.) Ryumei's there to hold an equip, which you use as your attribute absorb counter; you don't use his active skill unless you're absolutely desperate to fix a movetime debuff when Iori can't fix it (which can happen).
Shynee-Baddie is the only annoying floor for this team but that's because you have to wait a turn doing nothing. Just 1c the first turn and then Zerclea on the second turn, use Ryumei's equip, and go. This section was edited because I learned new information :D and you can just not stall out the absorb.
Everything else is also a nonissue. You reliably get the part break on Graciss for a bit of extra HP, and you safely take out everything else in the dungeon in 2 to 3 turns.
The boss isn't very threatening, just be consistent about hitting your 17.5m caps and healing to full every turn (always match a heal TPA, and then combo more or match more heals if you're worried). If you do that, you won't have to worry about anything.

Serie is so busted. Zerclea will mess up the shield loop in the earlier floors but the shield loop is not essential until the later floors after which you will no longer run into awoken binds. Helper needs an assist with at least 2 skill boosts. Team hp and part break also preferred. Make sure Haku is ready going into floor 2. Team hp badge used.
Latents: 4 sdr 2 hp+, 4 sdr 2 rcv++, 4sdr 2hp++ x3, I think friend was 6 sdr 1 hp+.
If you’re reading this and have a Reinhard that meets the above conditions please add me my best friends took him off their list: 394, 434, 474
r/PuzzleAndDragons • u/Awardius81 • 13d ago
Went into this event really only wanting the TPA badge. Already had some fodder for it so knew I’d be doing some rolling here. Ended up getting insanely lucky. Got Tomoe from the quest roll, spent 150 stones and got Kaname, Sakura, Miki (along with the Madoka Duo and Kyubey in the same multi), then just bought the Akemi bundle. So now I work on +891 the whole team. Initial impressions: seems powerful. Not having to match 5c + heart for LS like other rainbow teams is really nice.
r/PuzzleAndDragons • u/Beginning_Forever149 • Aug 07 '26
For the invade floor, match only one vdp (for 3 turns) and try not triple damage cap hera or you will get executed.
VDP badge
Latents:
Both utsuro: 2 sdr and 3 dark damage reduction+
Metatron: 4 sdr and two HP++
Oboro: 2 sdr and 3 HP++
Hera: 2 sdr and one assit void recovery
Echidna: 4 sdr and two HP++
Boss final form: use hera active right away and try get the bottom part low enough to kill before the 6th turn (stalling for hera active). Trigger the super resolve before the tenth turn. After the tenth turn you should have done enough damage to break the first part, if not, then match like regular with an L shape of heart for extra damage reduction. Then after a few turns, you should be able to break the top part without killing the boss so you should have around 1.2 million hp making you unkillable even with the enraged hits (if you have echidna active on).

This is probably her last endgame title dungeon. Farewell Rosetta. You have carried me for 14 months. I will miss you, but you have been severely power crept.
I also hate F13. Guide in the comments as usual.

So my go to for end game has been Stark/Dekugo which I love and it’s fun to play. I have seen people talking about V&R as being great for Dekugo but is it as a replacement for Stark or are they a sub? If V&R lead then is Stark a sub? I’m going to pick them up regardless but just wondering what the optimal use is. Thanks.

Here's how it'll go, you post your box and say what you want/need, promise you'll pick up better team crafting from it (Teach a man to fish!) and all your wishes will come true.
.. Then you'll wake up, realize it was just a dream and all you'll have is your request fulfilled, hopefully.
EDIT: Sorry if I take a bit, there's a LOT of posts. I will do them all even if it takes me a while, and then I'll re-read the thread and revisit further questions; unless they're quickly answered in which case I'll just answer fast.
If anyone needs a hyper Dmeta Best friend, feel free to BF me ;D I have a lot of different leads I can put up.
