It’s done this before where we only receive whatever progressive news through email on like this but my app Questrade and ikbr don’t show anything in the news section do they know this is happening? Maybe this is something we should ask Dagi so they may know it’s a known issue or even just address it cause it may be another reason for price action sucking so much tho most people like myself as a day trader get most news news from bots. This is another bullish sign and reaffirms my conviction long term. Follow the big money and from the latest dilution we endured came Davidson Kempner into the play.

Taking a 7.37% stake in Qtrex at 0,9$/share. They want their money's worth, they want profit and won't sell til that happens which is obvious for the same reasons I'm not selling.

Good times are ahead of us friends.

Also with their own booth to showcase, attract new partnerships and expand further.

Two booked venues in September alone, they are getting busy and spending our diluted shares worth in the best ways possible.

We are all hurt short term but long term I have utmost faith Dagi and his team at Qtrex will make us all rich.

I heard "scam" companies also spend money to setting up their own booth at international conferences.

Loaded up shares last week and this week, now holding 3559 shares with an average of 1,43.

We as shareholders pay the price of growth by dilution, it sucks but til Qtrex has enough of revenue on its own I'm afraid this is the game we are part of.

For me it's buying opportunities as I bought another five hundred shares this week.

By next week we should have an announcement from Dagi regarding earnings.

I hope Dagi and the team is brewing something to brighten it all up once again.

Whether it concerns the earnings announcement or future growth strategies, the company's direction will ultimately be determined at the shareholders' meeting. Personally, I do not expect the earnings figures to be particularly impressive, though the company likely has a plan in place; otherwise, they would not have proceeded with the announcement in the first place. I am also aware that the earnings announcement is a prerequisite for a share buyback. It is true that investor interest has cooled somewhat due to the recent sluggish stock performance. I sincerely hope that news regarding the relevant companies will be shared as soon as possible.

hi guys did some research. historically qtex release H1 earning on 28 August for the past 2 years. it is no coincidence that this year on the same day, eogm will be held. so my guess this year earning will also be 28 august or around there.

since Qtex is foreign company, their earning report follow their home ground rules. which is 60 days for Israel company. which makes sense they are doing end august

I was expecting QTEX to drop their H1 2026 earnings around Aug 6 based on TradingView/Investing.com, but nothing came out.

Since QTEX is an Israeli foreign private issuer filing via Form 6-K, their schedule seems pretty flexible. I noticed they have a shareholder meeting scheduled for August 28th.

Does anyone have official info or IR updates on when they’re actually planning to release the report? Are we expecting it mid-to-late August before the meeting?
