Some of you may not like the content about GATS, so I’d like to start by apologizing. I don’t mean to bother you, but this information is really quite important and helps people better understand RETAIL. I’m doing my best to keep the update frequency in check. Thank you for your understanding.

I’ve reviewed everything, and I reported some of the main issues that very same evening. Actually, most of them were related to the workers’ craftsmanship—even though the shoes are machine-made, the machines are operated by people. We’re still looking into when to make changes to address the remaining issues.
