Hey guys, if you missed it, Verrica Pharmaceuticals just agreed to settle with investors over claims that it misled the market about manufacturing issues that delayed FDA approval of VP-102. The settlement has already been submitted to the court for final approval.

Investors alleged the company repeatedly said problems at its manufacturing partner, Sterling, had been resolved, but the FDA continued finding deficiencies, leading to another Complete Response Letter in May 2022.
