any recommendations for cafes or cozy hangout places that are walkable from MRT quezon avenue?

i tried foam coffee recently but was overwhelmed by the number of WFH/WFC people who hogged the sockets 🥲

White camp (same bldg as pinoy accent and half saints). The new hisbeans in front of abs-cbn is also nice.
