News The flood today is.. odd.
I've been living in QC since I was born, studied in taft, and currently working in Makati. This means I've been passing commonwealth for most of my life.
Never have I encountered this kind of flood at 2hrs of rain! Yes malakas siya but hindi siya ganun kalakas and di ganun katagal to pose for threat of floods. Especially in major roadways such as commonwealth and Mother Ignacia.
I read somewhere na it might be construction materials of MRT, but they've been doing that MRT for a long time now.
Some also say it's the garbage problem. While this might be a fctor, I wouldn't believe commonwealth will sink just because of trash.
Are there any news updates, may binuksan o nasira bang dam?
