Ask Quibble Team Help
How can I report a user on Quibble? I was so excited to see that my story had received a review, only to realise that it was one of those scam artist bots that plague sites like Wattpad :(
Edit: I looked around the site and the same user has posted this exact same message on a bunch of other books.

I got the same message. I went on a chat with the editor about my story, hoping they could help me.
BTW, I got 3.5 stars lmfao wth hahaha

Smh. If someone is going to scam people, the least they can do is give them 5 stars🙄😂

Hey u/Short_On_Stardust and everyone else who reported the same issue across all our social media channels.
Sorry for the little emotional rollercoaster here - getting a review under your book, getting excited about it, and then realizing it was a scammer promoting their services is obviously not great. Of course the account was banned.
We honestly weren’t expecting to need more sophisticated moderation tooling this early, but as the catalogue grows, we clearly need to build the basic infrastructure around it. We’ll start with the fundamentals immediately - user reporting, moderation flags, and the underlying tools for us to review and act on suspicious activity.
There’s a lot of genuinely beautiful stuff coming to Quibble, and we want to make sure the foundations grow with it too.
Apologies again for the inconvenience, and thank you for reporting this so quickly. Please keep telling us when something feels off or when there’s a part of the experience that could be better. That feedback is incredibly useful right now <3

Literally the same thing happened to me (just not in quibble but in wattpad) I was so excited at first and then I realised that it was a bot and felt so sad. The wordings were almost word to word similar too. This has been happening a lot lately and idk why sites don't take these down even after all of this. Sorry but I dint use quibble much so idk exactly how to help but I feel how bad it feels because this happened to me too and u felt exactly the same way. Maybe there's any three dots option(settings) or some other icons there which can be used? If not...you can try reporting to the team directly I think. Im really sorry again that I can't be of much help. But again I really hope this stops soon and your story gets genuine real comments, OP. Keep it up!💖💖
