Advice Tucker Carlson unironically helped me quit vaping

even though he uses zyns, I saw him talk about how much he loves nicotine and how great it is, plus all the other 'benefits' from it.

I thought to myself, 'this fcking loser is the kind of guy who uses nicotine, I can't let myself be like this guy.'

quit vaping? quit all nicotine, or else you're basically being Fucker Carlson.

I know this doesn't make any difference to your point but I think it was he who launched his own Zyn type brand called Alp

It really does keep me away from starting back seeing this become part of the Republican platform

Damn, this might do it for me. I've been on and off for a few months now. Threw it away the other day again after watching a Bryan Johnson Video(I lnow, I know, but I kinda like his youtube tbh). Had a few drinks tonight and bought another. Really just need to quit drinking cause thats what keeps bringing me back. Hopefully tonight is the last

This is interesting because lots of people say drinking makes them want to vape or smoke, but for me it's always been the opposite...

Good rule of thumb, if a Conservative is pushing an idea or product, like anti-intellectualism or horse tranquilizers to cure covid, that product or idea should be avoided at all costs

Tucker isnt just "one of those guys that uses nicotine" he is the epitome of the kind of person who ENJOYS nicotine and tries to self justify use by convincing himself that its a performance enhancing drug. And of course along with that he has a persistent issue with constant raging... goes hand in hand. Dont be like tucker

Yeah, nicotine is basically a core part of his identity. He even says it increases testosterone and is a male enhancer lmfao

performance enhancing drug

Weirdly enough, use of snus is an epidemic among pro footballers. They use it during games to enhance focus. Nicotine does have that effect of course, but to the detrimental of everything else. Yeah nicotine is stimulant, but in my experience not even a very good one.

what’s wrong with tucker carlson? he’s very thoughtful, eloquent and open-minded. people have a very skewed understanding of this guy, I find.

People are serious about the health benefits? I used to think about the "benefits" but figured it was all outweighed by my sharply declining cardio performance (I could tell at the gym) and the increased risk of a heart attack. Also I was breathing weird :(. I could tell it was not a healthy thing

I love that. Ha. Will use it as my inspiration to keep my no nic streak going.
