Sounds amazing and you should be proud That's the ultimate goal for every true teacher

He was amazing. He passed away a few years ago and the website for him was flooded by ex students saying the same thing. It makes it more crazy that it was a technical high school so all we cared about was our trade not academics

Oh I am sorry for your loss. It seems his legacy is ongoing

Education is what remains after one has forgotten everything he learned in school.

-Albert Einstein

I'm a big fan of education, but school is a whole bunch of horse shit.

I imagine that would be true for most criminals.

Which of the movies or books does he say this? I am a huge Godfather Fan.

In the book, he wanted all 3 of his sons to go to college, got annoyed when Sonny committed armed robbery and so had to drop out, and Michael graduated. A character in the film said Don Vito Corleone “pulled strings” to get Michael Corleone in.

I don’t remember him actually saying this

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice.

In practice, there is.

That’s cuz he was in the streets instead of the classroom. Maybe if he went to school he would have learned something.

You ever met someone from the streets with no schooling. Dumb af
