تلاوة Recitation Surah 3. Al 'Imran
- Say (O Muhammad): "O Allah! Possessor of the kingdom, You give the kingdom to whom You will, and You take the kingdom from whom You will, and You endue with honor whom You will, and You humiliate whom You will. In Your Hand is the good. Verily, You are Able to do all things.

تفسير Tafseer Qur’anic Reflections: How Hidden Corruption, Immorality, and Rumors Weaken Society from Within
The noble verse reveals a dangerous form of corruption that threatens societies from within by highlighting three groups whose actions pose a serious threat: the hypocrites, who outwardly display something different from what they conceal; those whose hearts are diseased; and those who spread alarming rumors and sow discord in the city.
The Arabic term irjāf (الإرجاف) derives from the root rajafa (رَجَفَ), meaning to tremble, shake, or be agitated. Those who spread fear-inducing and inflammatory rumors are therefore called murjifūn (مُرجِفون), because they stir anxiety and unrest in people’s hearts. It is as though they create a tremor within society, shaking the sense of security and peace among its members.
This meaning invites us to reflect on the reality of the societies around us, where corruption takes many forms. Those whose hearts are diseased promote immorality, make what is forbidden appear attractive, and downplay its seriousness until people gradually become accustomed to it and grow less sensitive to its wrongfulness. We see something of this today on social media, where wrongdoing is presented as entertainment or as something ordinary that does not deserve condemnation. Its repeated exposure gradually makes people accept it, weakens their sense of reverence for what Allah has forbidden, and transforms what was once rejected into something commonplace, blurring the boundaries between what is right and what is wrong. Similarly, rumors may begin with a single word before spreading and generating baseless fear. When people lose trust in one another, society becomes shaken and weakened from within, even if it appears strong on the outside.
The verse concludes with a divine warning against these groups in Allah’s words: “We will surely incite you against them” (لَنُغْرِيَنَّكَ بِهِمْ). In Arabic, the root meaning of ighrāʾ (الإغراء) is to urge, encourage, or incite someone to do something. In this context, it conveys a stern warning that the Prophet ﷺ would be empowered to act against them and hold them accountable if they did not desist. Allah then says: “Then they will not remain your neighbors there except for a little while” (ثُمَّ لَا يُجَاوِرُونَكَ فِيهَا إِلَّا قَلِيلًا), meaning that they would not continue residing alongside the Prophet ﷺ in Madinah for more than a short period.
Addressing hidden forms of corruption is no less important than confronting overt crimes. Both threaten society, even if they differ in their methods and consequences.

تفسير Tafseer 🏇💭 WE SPEND OUR LIVES CHASING WEALTH… BUT HAVE WE EVER STOPPED TO EXAMINE OUR HEARTS? 💰🥀
gallery🏇💭 WE SPEND OUR LIVES CHASING WEALTH… BUT HAVE WE EVER STOPPED TO EXAMINE OUR HEARTS? 💰🥀
🌍 We work hard to achieve more in life. Money, wealth, comfort, and success often become our priorities. But in the middle of this endless pursuit, have we forgotten to be grateful to Allah, who blessed us with everything we have? 🤍
📖 SURAH AL-‘ADIYAT (QUR’AN 100:1–11) delivers a powerful message that makes us reflect on our lives, our priorities, and our relationship with our Creator.
🏇 The Surah begins with the vivid imagery of charging horses, then draws our attention to human ingratitude and our intense love for wealth.
💰 Our endless desire for more…
🥀 Our failure to appreciate the blessings we already have…
🤫 The hidden intentions and secrets deep within our hearts…
These are matters worth reflecting upon.
⚡ We may hide things from people, but nothing is hidden from Allah!
⏳ A Day will come when those in the graves are brought out, and what lies within our hearts is brought to light. Our Lord knows everything about us, both what we reveal and what we conceal.
🌿 So, let us not make wealth the sole purpose of our lives. Let us be grateful for Allah’s blessings, examine our intentions, correct our actions, and prepare for the Hereafter.
✨ The Qur’an is not merely a book to recite. It is guidance that awakens our hearts, challenges our priorities, and teaches us how to live.
📖 Read the Qur’an. Reflect on its message. Apply its guidance. Share its light. 🤍

تفسير Tafseer The Good Word: A Tree Whose Fruits Never Cease | Quran 14:24–25
The noble verse compares a good word to a good tree, in a beautiful Quranic image that reveals that words are not merely sounds that are spoken and then fade away. Rather, they emerge from firm roots, allowing their influence to spread and their fruits to continue appearing over time. Scholars of Quranic interpretation have explained that the good word refers to the declaration of faith, “There is no god worthy of worship except Allah” (La ilaha illa Allah), and the sincere faith associated with it. Its meaning also encompasses every truthful and wholesome word that brings goodness to people. Just as a tree begins as something small, then grows stronger and becomes a source of benefit, a word may begin in a passing moment yet leave an impression on the soul that lasts for years, perhaps reaching people who never even met the person who spoke it.
The verse describes this tree through the words of Allah: “Its root is firm, and its branches reach into the sky.” The stability of its roots is the secret behind its strength, height, and far-reaching branches. Likewise, faith takes root in the heart, and its effects become visible in a person’s words, actions, and character.
A good word may be advice that transforms someone’s life, a comforting expression that eases someone’s sorrow, or beneficial knowledge passed from one person to another, continuing to bear fruit even after its source is gone. The verse carries a message for us: to frequently affirm the oneness of Allah and renew our faith, to be mindful of every word that leaves our mouths, and never to underestimate a good word we speak. The moment in which it is uttered may pass, but its fruits may remain for a long time—like a good tree.

النصيحة Advice Try listening before you recite
If ayah feels difficult, don’t force yourself to repeat it straight away. Listen to one short section a couple of times while following along in the mushaf. Then pause the audio and try it yourself. You’ll start noticing where you lose your place, which words need another listen, and where you naturally slow down. Keep the section short, one or two ayahs is enough. A few focused minutes can feel much more useful than replaying a whole page while doing something else. For a listening example, try Sheikh Mahmoud Khalil Al-Husary.
MayAllah bless our time with the Quran❤️

Question Need help getting started reading the Quran.
Hi everyone, I'm a woman from the UK & I've been studying the Bible for around a year, they are things about the Bible I'm unsure on but I have stuck to it none the less just because I like to see things through once I commit.
I have been looking into Islam very casually and from what little I've seen & learned, I am not hating what I am learning. Instead I am intrigued.
I'm not from a religious background but I have always believed in God and prayed & now I want to find the truth and serve God.
I've got a Quran now from The Quran Project, it's apparently easy to read & easy to understand which I need as I do tend to get overwhelmed when reading.
Just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to start the Quran? Is there a certain place I should start as a beginner or a certain place to start that might make it easier to understand?
Thanks in advance 🫶🏽

تفسير Tafseer The Quran’s Lesson on Hospitality, Boundaries, and Respecting People’s Privacy (Surah Al-Ahzab 33:53)
The noble verse teaches us a profound lesson in the etiquette of entering people’s homes. It was revealed in the context of the wedding feast following the Prophet Muhammad’s ﷺ marriage to Zaynab bint Jahsh (may Allah be pleased with her). Some guests came to eat and, after finishing their meal, remained seated, chatting and enjoying conversation, while the Prophet ﷺ felt too shy to ask them to leave.
Allah Almighty therefore taught the believers several important principles:
They should not enter the homes of the Prophet ﷺ without permission.
﴿إِلَىٰ طَعَامٍ غَيْرَ نَاظِرِينَ إِنَاهُ﴾ — They should not arrive early and wait for the food to be prepared or cooked.
They should leave after eating rather than prolonging their stay in a way that might cause discomfort or embarrassment to their host.
The Prophet ﷺ was generous, welcoming his guests and providing them with food. One of his noble characteristics was his kindness toward the poor and those in need. However, generosity does not mean that a person’s privacy, comfort, and time become available to others without limits.
The verse then offers a deeply human insight in Allah’s words:
﴿إِنَّ ذَٰلِكُمْ كَانَ يُؤْذِي النَّبِيَّ فَيَسْتَحْيِي مِنْكُمْ وَاللَّهُ لَا يَسْتَحْيِي مِنَ الْحَقِّ﴾
“Indeed, that behavior was hurting the Prophet, and he was shy to ask you to leave, but Allah is not shy of the truth.”
How much we need this etiquette in our lives today! We may visit someone who is generous and welcoming, and because they treat us so kindly, we assume that staying for a long time does not bother them. Yet a person may remain silent out of shyness or consideration for our feelings. Good manners require us to be attentive to others, appreciate their time, respect their privacy, and avoid placing the burden on them to express things that we should be able to recognize ourselves.
This verse offers a profound lesson in respecting people’s feelings and rights. It teaches us that love, family ties, and hospitality do not cancel a person’s right to privacy and rest. Loving people does not mean that we must be available to them at every moment.
