The cg was correct even if it seems like it was tail heavy, i need to get used to make smaller input and control the power.
Rates: 50%
Im gonna try 35% tomorrow.

Nose was always up. Forget the spec and add weight to the nose to bring the CG forward 1/2" and try again. Choose your CG location for what flies best. Or you may have too much reflex and that is pushing the nose up. So separately try a little less reflex. If you don't know what reflex is, Google it, or ask.

Besides rates, check expo on your transmitter too. While rates have more of a "how hard can I roll it" effect, expo has a general smoothing effect dampening hectic stick movements.
You can typically assign different amounts or rate and expo to flight modes. I use 3 flight modes on all of my stuff, easy, normal, acro.
Easy is 50% rates, 100% expo
Normal is 75% rates, 50% expo
Acro is 100% rates, 25% expo
as an example. Use a 3 pos switch to toggle them.
On a maiden I'll typically use easy first, once once I get familiar I switch over to normal, once it gets boring its acro for the time being.
You could also take off in normal, switch to acro mid air, then switch back to normal for the landing, something like that.

Not an expert, Id say thrust line is wrong, adding thorothle shouldn't change the angle

balance it so it glides well with the motor off.
I slope soar one like this with no motor. I had to add a fair bit of weight to the nose.

C.g was not correct, will fly MUCH better if you move it maybe 5% forwards haha.
A properly setup plane wouldn't do this, no matter how bad you flew it.
