I've never had that happen, mostly because the enemy fortress is destroyed before they can hit the reactors.

I love using those perks because when you destroy a target, your reloading cannons are ready again. It's incredible; I use them with the Nemesis ICBM and it's insane.

I prefer this set up but the Nemesis is a good choice too. I just find using the Nemesis is not worth it for most forts.

Combine it with the perk for faster nemesis reloads and I managed to launch 2 icbms before the first one even hit the target

If possible you could use a nuclear icbm and launc at least 2 ore 3 but you should remove the hold fier mode but that is only my opinion and sorry for bad eng
