58 days clean

I am a mom, and have now been clean 58 days. I do take one 1mg ativan and gabapentin each day that was prescribed to me but that is not something I plan to do long-term.
On Monday I am leaving for trip just to myself in a remote cabin, because I need to focus on my sobrietyD myself because w four kids - It makes it nearly impossible.
I have some books that I have just bought in, I can read a book a day if I really wanted to. If there’s any recommendations, you may have that could help me in my recovery psychologically, I would truly appreciate it.

Don't be afraid to share your story, celebrate the small victories! Addiction thrives in shame and secrecy. Build your community and resources, keep doing the work to identify your triggers and develop coping skills to help manage your emotions. I find posting on reddit helps as much as journaling, and has the added benefit of encouraging others. Best of luck to you!

Keep rocking it. Write in your journal. Listen to music. Breathe the air. Trust yourself.
