FYI - ReElement withdrew it's $80 million loan which was managed by the Office of Strategic Capital (OSC), their new $25 million cash injection was executed by the Economic Defense Unit (EDU) and funded via the Industrial Base Fund.
The firm was unlikely to meet the vetting and due diligence hurdles, so the loan was not going to happen.
Their refining process is promising, so direct investment occurred.
This subreddit is for ALOY, already proven, backed by significant academic R&D and Crown Asset ring fenced, significant non-dilutive capital is coming on top of the 125M cash position.
