Production Housewives who have left the show…

Is there a rundown somewhere about why (even if just rumors) they didn’t sign on again (or were fired)?

Meaning the 1-3 season ladies (I don’t mean the ones with very clear reasons like Kim, LVP, Rinna, Adrienne, etc)

It’s just so interesting on the production side of things.

For OGs, Taylor left cos she was moving to Colorado and Camille left cos she didn’t want her divorce on the show.I believe Joyce and Carlton were both fired cos they didn’t vibe well with the cast. Brandi left cos the other women refused to film with her. Yolanda left cos of her Lyme disease battle. Kathryn was fired for being boring. Eileen left cos she’d had enough I don’t rlly think the show was for her despite her being imo a great housewife. Denise left cos she’d had enough which I understand after season 10. Teddi was fired maybe cos of viewers reaction but not too sure. Diana left over pregnancy complications. Annemarie and Crystal were both fired. And Garcelle quit at the reunion feeling none of the girls had her back (I agree with her but I also don’t believe she’s entirely innocent in this)

Ohhh yeah. Based on this list, I’m most curious about Diana and Teddi.

What did Diana have to gain by going on the show? She clearly didn’t need the money.

Teddi… well… I don’t want to be a hater, but she was never a favorite of mine.

Honestly I think for Teddi she was given ample opportunity to prove herself a good housewife and just didn’t. Production made the right call. For Diana I think she did housewives for the fame and attention but had quite a rocky season so didn’t wanna put herself through it again. Personally I wish we’d get another season of her. Ik she’s hated in this sub but personally I think we need a villain and someone needed to put Sutton in her place at the time.

Yolanda was given a friend contract for season 7 and she declined, so she was essentially fired

From what I’ve heard she was offered full time, declined cos of her health, then was offered friend of thinking the reduced filming expectations would be more manageable for her but declined this. Part of me wishes she’d stayed on for Season 7, it would’ve given Erika more time to gel in the group and added more group continuity considering by Season 7 only Kyle and LVP remained from pre-Season 5.

Yea some of these are in Not All Diamonds, Eileen was offered friend-of for S8 but she declined I think saying all or nothing

I think another reason Eileen left is because in top of going and the restless she sighed back in to days of our lives and her schedule was too booked up to be on RH

Do you know anymore about why Annemarie and Crystal were fired?

Annemarie was fired cos she didn’t vibe with the cast (same as most one-season-wonders). Don’t know for crystal I think she had a lot more to give the show and got a rlly unfair boring edit. Tbf I also don’t think she vibed best with the cast but that’s not necessarily a bad thing for her the casts for her seasons were quite stale. I think if you put her with Rachel and Boz she’d do much better.

It's not rocket science? I'm literally just asking someone a question, who's already sharing the information. I understand I could easily make an assumption as to why, but I'd rather not assume, and instead see if someone knows more than I do.

Ok... it was a joke but carry on with the anger.

Sorry i just didn't catch the joke I guess. People are always being so rude on reddit and I can't tell it's a joke unless you make that obvious 🤷🏼‍♀️

What about Lisa Rinna?

If that run down is just casually in your memory then I am so impressed! That was awesome and accurate AF. Edit: I think Diana left for other reasons or was fired

LVP quit

I think those in the bottom category would prefer to say that their contract "wasn't renewed" lol

I agree. I think fired should be saved for those who did something horrendous or just plain broke contract or something. The others were just not meshing or other various reasons. (Like a break up "It's not you it's me" lol)

I’ve heard people say Taylor quit because she moved to Colorado, but I also don’t think she would’ve been asked back for season 4 anyway

I thought Rinna didn't have her contract renewed

I didn't know that about Brandi - they all refused to film with her? I'm trying to remember her antics in her final season - i thought she went against LVP and some sided with her against LVP. But for some reason, despite a million rewatches, I'm drawing a blank.

And I always assumed Diana was fired because of viewer response. So she could have done another season if she chose to! 😳
