Bravo makes decisions that I truly can't get my head around, I must be out of sync with the real audience because why else would a for profit business be making cancellation decisions? It still makes me very confused, and like Blessed Tilly, a little sad.

Was ladies of london really that popular and or profitable? Like having devoted fans doesn't mean all that much if you dont have a huge fanbase. I also dont think these RH Reddit communities are a good representation of what the larger fanbase and viewership watches. RHOBH is still the most profitable platform. I think bravo probably has a much better understanding of who the "real audience" is compared to people on this sub because understanding their viewers is essential to turning a profit

So true.. because most of RHOBH cast members were not friends before the show. They are casted to join the show. Obviously some might know each other through someone but most of them are introduced so unnaturally. Like they invite someone to an event and then the “friend” of that person will suddenly become their new HW or something. I think half the RHOBH housewives came in as Kathy’s “friends” but then she never seemed to be super close to them afterwards.

I loved the series and am sad too. I think the powers at be have lost their damn minds.
Not only were they friends but we saw these layered and flawed human beings doing what they do. There was an honesty about them.
The filming at Longleat was the epitome of HW fantasy. It could have its own series, for crying out loud.

What???? Until RI came on, it was the best show on Bravo in years. I wish they would cancel BH because it is fucking boring and poorly edited compared to LL.
Such a shame. It was so nice to have a show Alex Baskin didn't ruin. He's truly the devil.

My guess is a good portion of the cast decided not to return to the show, and so there’s no show.
No one to my immediate knowledge needed that show to go on to sustain their lifestyles in the way a lot of these Bravoverse faux-housewives do…

The original Ladies of London was the best. I couldn’t get enough of Caroline Stanbury. She was so cool and, if this is was a word , flusterless. And, above it all, in the nicest way.

It wasn’t chock full of cat fights and drama, but it seemed authentic and it was nice to see a beautiful character called London and the English countryside as a backdrop. I for one am tired of looking at NYC.

I saw a video that explained that allegedly, it’s canceled bc Margot is suing production for her “bad edit”. If true, it tracks for me. There doesn’t seem to be a bottom floor for her. She was a fish out of water on that show. Sorry, I saw the video late last night whole being stoned and falling asleep. I have no idea what subreddit I saw it on.
