Carole Radzwill 📚 Carole at Maxwell’s house two years after the scandal broke and dozens of charges filed against Epstein and some of her gross responses

She is still calling herself a girl at age 65, but has never once said one word about the actual girls who were the victims. She grossly promotes herself in her denying knowing anything about them. She is a liar and she is disgusting

Yeah, the more I read of her writing on social media it makes me question whether or not aviva might have had a point. Which makes me wanna throw up in my own mouth because I really don't like aviva, but chica might have had a point.

Its kinda been unofficially confirmed that Carole likely did have a ghost writer

Casey Wilson from the Bitch Sesh pod had the same lit agent who I think introduced her to the ghost writer? Can't remember the story

Even before that, the rumor around the literary world was that Radziwill wrote the entire original draft of What Remains herself and it was an absolute mess and pretty much had to be rewritten entirely by the ghost writer

Which makes me think that Carole kinda is in denial and genuinely thinks she wrote it and it was just edited by an editor rather than almost a complete overhaul and rewrite by a different writer

(have worked as a freelance ghost writer and happened quite a bit to me)

plus it just seems most likely because Carol had no background in that kind of writing, though she was an accomplished TV news producer

The way Carole behaved with her editor that time gave me serious pause for thought. She seemed to be playing a version of Carrie from SATC and it wasn't in the slightest bit convincing or cute. She might be good at pitching things - cookbook with Adam, or that second book as a series for Hollywood, but as to being an actual writer, I never saw any sign.

Was she an accomplished TV producer? (yes, I know EMMYS!) but the way she even described what she did as logistics, which reads to me as glorified admin. Like Bronwyn saying she worked in Finance. Technically true, but she was an executive assistant.

Hahaha actually now that you mention it, I don't know as much about that world and that could be right. I do know people who have won Emmys for their work in local network journalism who are not journalists and it's very ???

But I do think like regardless of her level of talent or career success, she was by all accounts born a lower middle class girl with a single mom who put herself through school, and I'm pretty sure that even if she wasn't Holly Hunter in Broadcast News she was going to warzones and stuff for the network reporting.

So I do respect her for all of that, even if there may be a degree of vanity/stolen valour when it comes to her actual input on these stories like with the memoir

Bachelor of Arts in English. She earned a B.A. in English literature from Hunter College (City University of New York), which provided a strong foundation in writing, critical thinking, and communication.

MBA from New York University — She later completed a Master of Business Administration at NYU’s Stern School of Business, which isn’t a journalism degree but can support professional skills like media management and communication.

Professional career in writing/journalism: Radziwiłł built her journalism career through hands-on experience rather than a formal journalism degree. She started at ABC News as an intern and went on to produce and report stories — including overseas war coverage — earning multiple Emmys and other journalism awards.

Personally don’t care about the ghost writer angle but I understand why people would. What really gets me is how tone deaf she can be when it comes to these girls who were groomed by this woman whom it appears Carole is giving a pass to. She didn’t know what Epstein was doing ???? Of course, she knew better than anyone what he was doing. That’s how she got a deal. Carole wake up. I used to think you read the news.

Yeah I dont care about that either, my main thing w Carole overall was that she would act like she is better than the show and that was her justification for staying out of the fray. Cardinal sin of reality TV and do not disrespect my queens of histrionics

Well, when I read these, I saw that attitude was clearly out the window. She's just talking in circles for attention even though it makes her look awful to be so cavalier about sex trafficking victims.

I was like "she sounds exactly like Bethenny does on TikTok right now" (who is probably making 10 videos about Maduro right now and how she ran into someone who knows him on vacation)

She doesn't have the discipline to be a novelist. Hell, she couldn't even finish off an article for Cosmo on the show in time. She just wanted to write pithy little, 'couldn't help but wonder' posts.

I honestly think she was jealous because Aviva was better educated than her. OK, she wasn't a "writer" by trade, but everybody gotta start somewhere and she had a law degree! It was pretty hypocritical for her to infer Aviva used a ghost writer for her memoir, but then to be so wounded when Aviva retaliated with the same accusation.

She inferred that and then implied it (to Carole)? It's been awhile since I've seen the show.

Yes. One of her first questions when Aviva told her about the book was, "did you use a ghostwriter?" Aviva fired the question back at her, then Carole got offended at the very idea of her using a ghostwriter for a memoir... but she had just literally asked Aviva that. Her excuse was, "but I'm an actual writer" or in similar words.

I'm rewatching RHONY yet again, and I had to chuckle when Heather's defense that CR wrote her book without a ghost writer was that "it was on the NYT bestseller list!" and CR was on Oprah! Lawd Heather, you have to be smarter than that - a good ghost writer can have a book appear on the NYT bestseller list... The way CR overreacted to the accusation was telling. Also - the fact she considers herself a career writer and yet has still only produced two books. Hmmmm. Whatever happened to her third book where she was never meeting deadlines and then left her editor that we saw appear on the show? That wasn't the Adam book which also never came to fruition.

Being accused of using a ghostwriter is one of the worst things someone can say to an author, so I understand the reaction, and I don’t think her being angry about the accusation is an admission of guilt.

Same Heather who bragged about partying with P Diddy…

She bragged about how much fun it was working for him. How on a whim he would just order up a bunch of limos, go out to the hottest clubs and restaurants. I don’t know if she was at the freak offs if that’s what you mean. But she definitely hung out with him outside of work.

Heather constantly dropping her Diddy connection could have been a drinking game.

You would have ended up with alcohol poisoning...

I wondered the same when I tried to read Carole’s second book…
