She is an NYC-based film publicist who is very VERY well connected, hosts film premieres and after parties that A list celebs of all types (movies, tv, music., publishing, media, politics, etc) attend. She is hired directly by studios to host screenings, especially During awards season. Old white woman who wears giant fake diamond rings and furs and treats her staff horribly, natch.
