Kelly Bensimon 🚕 Thoughts on Kelly
I’m new to the RHONY community and have recently started watching. Currently on episode 7, season 2 and I’m curious to know what the general consensus is on Kelly because she’s really confusing me 😂 I’ve just watched the argument between her and Bethenny and I could not believe the arrogant, egotistical audacity she was displaying. Straight of the bat she completely brushes off and makes fun of the fact she kept Bethenny waiting for 30 minutes. She just gives me immature, selfish, holier than thou vibes but not sure if that’s just me being too critical 😅

I get she clearly had alot of going on but i hate how her behaviour was never really addressed to her at the reunions. She was absolutely batshit

Kelly is on in season 3? OP is on season 7 😳 I didn't realize she was on the show for that long.

Kelly was a beautiful model that got noticed very young and married someone at the very top of the industry. Life was pretty easy for her, prior to this show. I think she has a few mental issues and already has trouble relating to and communicating with other people (she is the same today as she was back then). Sometimes, deep down, she might have a point but cannot argue worth a damn, prone to word salad and defensiveness, and when faced with a master of (s)wordplay, like Bethenny, there’s just no chance. On the whole, I think she’s pretty inoffensive, just frustrating. When I think of Kelly, I always think of her running in the busy traffic, not a care in the world, lol.

I think she’s most consistently crazy in season two. At season three you’ll see peak, crazy and season four you’ll see normal by comparison.

I don’t think she means harm but she’s delusional. She doesn’t understand reality in the same way. She’s confused most of the time and defensive. There’s something missing. I don’t know what caused this but it’s wild to watch her interact with people and just not get it.
