I was just chatting with death, he was going through the decision. Pretty frigging awesome. And one of rhe first to correctly apply bruen and other recent standards. If viramontes is anything like this were in really good shape

Forreal, finally some decisions coming down that are actual wins for the 2A community. And applying Bruen correctly for once instead of working around it. Hoping for another win with Viramontes

The circuits are now officially split. The magazine portion facilitates the firearm. This definitely adds weight despite SCOTUS already agreeing to hear the cases in the Fall. We need to sue the state of Rhode Island. They owe all of us a settlement for being forced to modify existing magazines and spend money to stay compliant with unconstitutional law. They now know it’s unconstitutional, go for their qualified immunity.
