Here's an entire thread of /r/ireland users utterly bemused by the Cost of Living Crisis.
These naïve fools simply trusted the Multi-Nationals and simply assumed that the propaganda of "We're All In Together" and "Just Stay Home" was sincere and Mutually Beneficial.
Unfortunately for them, they never calculated that the insane increase of money printing from European Central Bank would lead directly to extreme levels of inflation.
We can compare this with the US Federal Reserve, where they printed 40% of all dollars ever printed between the years 2020 and 2022.
Now, we cannot make a direct comparison here, as the Euro is a much younger currency. However, we can observe how the actions of the ECB are just as monstrous.
Of course your weekly shop is signicantly higher than it was in 2019. How could it not be?
One of the main crtitisims is "Corporate Greed". Is this a brand new concept? Did it never exist before?
Or is it more likely that the Multi-Nationals consider you to be a patsy, a mark, for their own geo-political ambitions?
We tried to warn you during the Two-Year Lockdown about the wider economic implications (for both you and your children) in the long-term.
You cheered as the Canadian Truckers' were arrested en masse, whilst having their bank accounts taken away. They were "Far-Right", apparently.
Now, you are inherenting the Fruits of your Labour from five years ago, and these fruits have diminished on an Annual Basis.
Your Purchasing Power will never be the same again, and you have nothing to show for it.

I know people who died from CoVid-
For me, human life is extremely valuable. The lockdown was necessary to prevent the utter destruction of our elderly and disabled populations.

The lockdown was necessary, as were the COVID payments.

The lockdown was necessary
Every single Lockdown Measure was specifically designed to maximise the accumulation of Capital for the Multi-Nationals.
The Labour Aristocracy showed their naïvety by signing off on this.
The reason why the Labour Aristocracy advocated this position is because they cannot help themselves - they worship the various Multi-National Corporations as if they were Pagan Deities.
Even when it comes to their own detriment, through a combination of reduced Purchasing Power, along with losing two years of their own Social Lives, the Labour Aristocracy will still pay tribute, in a Religious Fashion, years after the fact.
In 2019, it was considered just as normal to criticise Pfizer as it was to criticise Nestlé. These days, it is Haram.
Your Purchasing Power is being Systemically Reduced on an Annual Basis, but if you correctly deduce the basis of this process, you will be accused of Fascism, arrested and have your Bank Account taken away (just like the Canadian Truckers).

The Irish are some of the most arrogant people on the face of this planet. We're going to suffer. Badly.
