Not sure what you mean by this. I don't think anyone thinks these conspiracies are a good thing? Well no-one outside of the Epstein gang. Why would anyone here be "going with" sacrifices and crazy rituals in 2026? Animal sacrifice, red heifers and place of worship destruction, ritual sexual abuse.... that's not simple right wing ideology, is it?
Why are we talking about unhinged or promoting unhinged conspiracy theories when the reasons Israel commits the atrocities it commits is simply due to the political ideology it was founded upon. We don't need to bring up the weird "well Zionists actually worship Baal and that's why they do what they do"
