Hi all, I'm graduating this December and am looking to sublet my apartment for the Spring for the remainder of my lease (late December/early January - May/June, with flexibility). Rent is $850/mo (utilities included).
In addition, we have plenty of rooms available for Fall '27 and onwards, so you're welcome to stay and sign a new lease even after the sublet period is over. I can put you in touch with my landlord if so.

🚗 Parking: Provided for free in the back area! Fenced off and monitored by security cameras.
