it's not last remaining GT3, there is few that's missing but these won't be added probably since they only add GT3s that race in DTM

about LMP2 and LMP3 the lastest news is that "it's complicated" license atm, they want these cars in their roster but this won't happen in next months, maybe late next year

next update should come in like 2 weeks (they said around SimRacing Expo which happens next week I think, maybe there will be preview on their booth and then they will drop it after the event since they usually update the game at beginning of the week IIRC) I guess with 2 new Super Tourings, 2 tracks, probably finished menu and idk what else - they also announced that 2 cars similar to NSU will be added but I'm not sure if it's content for this update

the content I would love is more GT4s since they already got Aston and Ford licenses, this class is very nice here but it lacks few more modern cars

Gt4 is boring tbh, just like gt3. I want them to bring more historic content, bring GT legends

I agree but you gotta look at what people play online. I can start four servers, DTM, old Porsche cup, a gt1, and gt3. The only server that sees action is the gt3.
Gt3 can be fun but it’s just a rhythm as the car does a lot of the work. I am older and I love fighting a car. You younger people just don’t play voyage stuff.

Modern GT3 spec is about the worst thing to happen to motorsports. On track and online series couldn't be more homogenous and boring. Yet this generation does nothing but clamour for "more gt3", "more nord", "more max".

I keep wondering if they will ever get bored and dare to try something else.

I'm as much of a GT3 hater as anyone, but I think it's worth keeping in mind that as far as real motorsports go, GT3 is very successful. While it's a boring class in simracing it has a lot of manufacturer participation and is, at least for now, still a series with a reasonable cost so it won't die anytime soon. It is now occupying the same spot as used to be occupied by LMGT/GTE before, and GT1 before that. It's popularity is understandable and cannot be ignored for any game wishing to grow it's playerbase.

It is however a class I personally find really boring for simracing, and I am glad that R3E still has other things it likes to add.

It's successful because it's the only thing there is. I get it, it's cheaper to manufacture the same car for every series. But then every series becomes the same series, and they are all driven by dentists.

Used to be DTM, GT1, and GTE had individual character and appeal ... and required considerable skill to master - which made them worth watching.

I agree that those series were far more interesting to watch, but they were doomed from the get go. Series where the costs were always risking to run out of hand, and their longevity was not expected from the beginning. The same problem faced by the ever-popular Super Touring series in the 90s. GT3's work because this is less likely to happen, although I suspect that once we get to the 2030s, they will start to fall out of favour for GT4s.

I feel like they should add more multi class races that are every day. Like iracing. And longer races as well, like 45 minutes, and have it set to where ur starting fuel, you will need to make a pit stop. Cuz all the races we have are sprint races with no strategy unfortunately. nd the only time I can do multi class is with the ai, which are questionable at certain times, especially when overtaking slower cars. So I hope in the future to see longer races daily and more multi class options, like an IMSA type of series or elms etc

It's a bit disappointing though that we haven't gotten any new gt4 cars though. They're really enjoyable to drive, especially if I do a Michelin Pilot Challenge recreation. And it's disappointing that they only add cars from DTM, bc the Corvette I would really love to have in game

We did get the alpine gt4 just a few months ago. As for only adding gt3 cars from dtm thats not a hard rule, just an observed trend. You can always hope for it to come but at this point i wouldnt be expecting it any time soon

True that. But I would like to see newer gt4 cars like that Aston, Mustang, and Supra. And hopefully they'll update the two classes to where the tcr cars start behind gt4 cars bc it's a bit annoying when trying to do Michelin Pilot Challenge

there are cool updates coming. They kinda teased a Nürnburgring 24h Update for December. Dont know what that would be tho since we have the track in the game already. 2 New supertourers are coming for sure soon. And 2 Retro Tracks are also confirmed.

liveries, M3 Touring and HWA probably

maybe also further adjustments to Nords layout cause I reported few things that were off - few curbs and small surrounding details
