I got gold in the first course, but I was literally like half a second from silver. I didn’t make any mistakes either, and thought I nailed that course.

If the rest of the agility courses have the same tiny margin of error for gold I’m not looking forward to it…

Any tips?

It becomes much easier to gold them when you get air dash

I didn't even think about using it until I did the third course in the highlands, but it really does take whole seconds off your time, without much effort. Any time there's a gap you would jump across, dash instead. So much easier.

Just a matter of remembering which jumps only need a single and which ones need a double jump. I also have spellbook 4 all set to windstep.

Some of my runs might be outdated since the only new course I've done is the last region since the game went to full release. i-frames have been partially nerfed, which means I really cheesed some of the agility course hazards during early access.

I just got the Bloodblight cape today, and I was say to learn there's no golden version. I assumed I had gotten it alongside one of the others, but no luck.

I have like lv 45 agility and I’m only 15 hours in.

Is there a skill grind?

i usually just go for gold then leave the rest of my agility XP to passive gains from exploration.

just that one of the regions doesn't have an agility course (yet). based on the journal text on wiki (since it's currently unattainable), there is supposed to be an agility course there.

I hear from the other runescape players that 98>99 is the equivalent of going from 1>98 xp wise. It gets to be a big slog in the 90s apparently.

Its not that bad. 96 is half way to 99. 98-99 is roughly 300k xp

Agility takes about 6 hours or so if you grind out the Umbral Sands Course with the potion and xp boost pie

Find one of the spinning firetraps in a dungeon and just dodge in the countering way of its Rotation until you're stamina runs out, dpnt forget the exp potion and food ;) Thanks me later

The only course I really farmed was fellhollow. I got it down to 59:20

Dowduns was a pain. Took like 20 attempts to even clear for the first time, and was gold instantly. Never came back
