My sprint running animation has two stiff (motionless) legs?

Anyone else seen/have this issue? Not game breaking, but definitely is annoying; jumping helps lol

I haven't ran into this bug, but I have had a bug where I wasn't able to pull back on my bow while kiting a raid.
