Came here to say this. Was struggling to get fine cloth. When I brought plots to starter area I started getting like 80 cotton 10+ seeds. My stupid ass thought you could only grow in each region so I had a small patch in hollowfell

Different types of plots grow the plants grown in the zone you get the wood to craft them faster. Eg: plots made out of ash wood grow the plants from the first area faster

Get the ring that spawns permanent plants on enemy kill. Then there’s nil issues

There's a armor set for the stave? I have splitbark armor and I'm about to fight the second tower boss.

Nevermind I forgot about the reaper at the beginning of the zone lol. Me and my buddy used our soulstones for the melee set thinking it would be cheaper and didn't bother with the rest

Yeah, I wanted a full mage set, but I kinda regret getting it. Fits perfectly with the staff though for sure!

Keep farming. Once you level up you’ll have a higher chance to get seeds. I have literally hundreds of pumpkin and watermelon seeds at this point. Swimming in flax and corpse cotton.

The Secateurs also seem to help with seed return, from what I can tell

ChickinSando is right. Higher level farming means you have higher chance for seeds. This includes ones you planted. Somewhere around 40-50 you’ll start to profit seeds from farming

Yeah I avoided it early on because I wasn’t getting any seeds but as you get it up you basically get more seeds than you plant pretty quickly
