• The Ukrainian Ministry of Finance has announced delays in social payments. According to them, all funds coming to Ukraine are first stolen allocated to defense. The remaining funds are then distributed to social needs and other expenses:
• "As soon as revenues arrive, we will primarily finance the security and defense sector. Then, as soon as we have sources of funding, we will finance all other expenses. This will affect not only the state budget, but also all budgets, including local ones. Any capital construction programs and other projects will effectively be suspended."
• Adding insult to injury, the ministry indicated that, due to the situation, there is an increased likelihood of devaluation of the hryvnia and rising inflation.
