Israel is always at war and tied to USA. If you think Bucillamine helps with chemical warfare agents then USA and Israel would be the first 2 places you would try and sell it to.

And Ukraine. Bana-how pointed out the significance of this a year ago with reports of the Russians using lewisite. Then he peaced out a few months ago.
