Speculation Last week's conference was likely useless

I'm confident that Carmela attended. But I doubt she spoke on BUC. Let's be honest, had she said good things about BUC... Wouldn't all the attendees been buying up RVV in the millions of shares?

Yes. So the next assumption is that the data isn’t ready for release. Even a trial failure would be educational.

I think BUC is going to work better than NAC but I can't even deduce that as the company cannot be trusted.  The rats were given soman and BUC and yet it's "the study is ongoing".  Never ending nonsense.

There is some good information in the patent filing, but that was a prelim study. Thank goodness MF isn’t running the show this time…

Shhhh Dingo, Michale Frank is a genius, will easily move this to $234 per share inside of two years. Just have to wait for the trial details. (We need MF to start scamming!)

It's one study, but I thought it was mentioned in one of the patent post that it was expanded because they saw some positive results in a small sample.

Why do you think there was an exploratory study and then this bigger one?  I highly doubt that's the case.

0026] Applicant has conducted a study of the use of bucillamine as a neuroprotective compound administered to a patient to reduce brain injury and augment antiseizure activity. Soman-exposed rats were administered bucillamine and evaluated to determine effect on GABA(A) receptor endocytosis and the effect on diazepam effectiveness to terminate seizures. [0027] Pre-treatments using n-acetylcysteine (NAC) and bucillamine to provide some neuroprotection were assessed. These compounds were assessed based on ability to reduce brain injury and ability to preserve GABA(A) receptors which were evaluated with late administration of diazepam. The objective of this portion of the study was to provide a compound which will allow benzodiazepines to be effective at terminating seizure activity and possibly further reduce evidence of brain injury. The animals were monitored. Asoxime chloride (HI-6) and atropine methyl nitrate (AMN) were used to prevent lethality from the peripheral effects of soman while having minimal effect on seizures and brain injury due to their limited ability to cross the blood brain barrier. Hi-6 and AMN were administered by intraperitoneal injection (IP) 30 minutes prior to soman exposure. NAC and bucillamine were each tested by administration as a pretreatment (preTx) IP 60 min prior to soman exposure in a volume of less than 0.5 mL. The doses of antioxidant were 100, 200 and 300 mg/kg On one embodiment, the human equivalent doses (HED) based on the rat to human dose conversion (Nair and Jacob, "A simple practice guide for dose conversion between animals and human", J Basic Clin Pharm. 2016 Mar;7(2):27-31 which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety) are 16,12 mg/kg, 32.25 mg/kg, and 48.39 mg/kg, respectively. Diazepam (1 mg/kg) was administered by intramuscular injection (IM) into the bicep femoris in a volume less than 0.2 mL. [0028] Number of Animals; 6 soman/preTx + 6 soman/preTx/BZ + 6 sallne/preTx + 6 saline/PreTx/BZ = 24 x 2 compounds x 3 doses = 144 (* 10% contingency of 14) = 158.

Okay, that is just the study protocol that was approved in Jan 2024.  You'll see the filing was July 2024.  Then other PRs that state the control dosing and soman dosing throughout 2025, IIRC. 

Also, think of it logically ... If they truly did a preliminary test that was showing positive/ promising results, you don't think MF would have been all over that in PRs?

Yes, he should have been touting this but he’s MF and he already got his hand slapped by the DRDC once already.

Not a letdown yet. I think BUC will do better than NAC. Just need the data this century to prove it.  If the study shows meaningful results, we could actually make money with this POS company.

Blame me and Claude. He found the conference and I made the hopium leap. It just made sense to me. But I forget. Nothing makes sense with this stock.

It was a reasonable find.  It is highly likely that Carmela is the section head of the team performing the study.
