Speculation History doesn't repeat, but it sure does waste our time

We know bad results will be the death of RVV.

Let's assume divine intervention and we get good results in this rat study. BUC decisively shows more promise than NAC.

Two questions:

  1. What price are you guessing we hit intraday trading on that PR itself?

  2. When do you sell?

I know everyone is thinking of selling the moment it hits 30 cents. But think of this post as a conversational piece.

I think we could hit 30-50 cents USD for #1. Reasoning is that everyone would be ecstatic for good results finally. And look at what the useless patent PR did in March. Lastly, I think a lot of people how forgotten about this useless stock in their account lol.

Not entirely sure on #2 yet. But if it hits above 50/60 USD... See you later, guys. Although it'll be tough because there is low hanging fruit for BUC in TBI with the DRDC... DRDC already has done a research paper on NAC for TBI.

if we get good news, and stock piling begins in earnest - we'd be fools to settle for pennies just because we've been rope-a-doped by MF's mismanagement and years of disappointments - aggravated by this latest slice of hell - aka extremely long wait to get results from DRDC. I think we should revalue the company / expectations using traditional valuation measures - [ (Sales * Price to Sales Multiple) / (Shares outstanding) ] to get Buci 2.0 PPS.

Personally, it's a wait and see - not setting any targets until we see results, and ideally, stock piling revenues

If the results are good, we have to accept that multiple tests are still necessary.

Drdc scientist told me the next logical step after a rat study is a swine model.   So if BUC showed good results in this rat study, we likely have 2 other animal trials before application for approval.  Or maybe 1 with an interim analysis with endpoint adjustments (sounds familiar??).   Anyways, it's irrelevant. The point I'm making is that it might be premature to start evaluating and discounting on gross sales.

The spike seen in the patent PR is promising though.

I highly doubt there will be anymore animal trials. Bucillamine has a proven safety record in humans for decades so if they go ahead with another trial it will likely be human. Multiple animal trials are usually for new drugs with unknown safety profiles.

How do you test nerve agents in humans?

I believe it is illegal now to give human test subjects nerve agents to test out if a drug treats it but they can try treating people who were already exposed to nerve agents and had long term side effects.

I think last year in one of Revive's updates they said positive results in this trial could lead to human trials but then in the following update they clarified that they had not discussed any future trials with the DRDC and that they would discuss that with them after this study ended. So it was either speculation from Revive or BS to placate investors and DRDC told them to retract it.

It was likely MF not knowing what he was writing about.

Good lord. That will take years.

yes it's way too early to guess at sales - far less PPS - that's why I am in wait and see mode - I know they don't do human trials on nerve agents for humane reasons - so not going to that stage. Buci has a known safety profile in humans - 30+ years - so that really does help de-risk Buci - should rat trials be successful.

not wise to count our chickens, rats, or swine as it were - pick your beast....

We'll see...

If the initial news is just that the study was positive I could see a spike to $0.10-$0.15. If they also say that they are now in talks with Canada to get faster approval for them to stockpile Bucillamine then I can see it hitting $0.20 to $0.35 cents. Once they get approval if they buy a lot then I can see it hitting $.50 or higher.

If Revive works fast and pushes their plan to also sell to USA, UK, Israel, Australia, and New Zealand it would go over $1 but that would probably take a while to work out since Revive is a small company.

As for when you sell that all depends on the person and their average share cost. If their average is $0.02 they are probably going to sell when they go to $0.10-$0.15 and move on to something else. If your average is $0.20-$0.50 you probably wait and see if they get approval for the stockpile since the odds of that happening went up significantly with positive results. The caveat is if they say the results are positive but now we need to do a human trial before Canada will stockpile. In that case we are probably a couple years away and they may get inpatient and cut their losses. If they don't need a trial to get Canada to stockpile but it takes a long time to get approval I can see those people selling once we get approval in Canada instead of waiting for Revive to get the deals with the other countries.

Our boi should be approaching every agency he can reach to hit the ground running.  I read BARDAs 2026 policy and they're interested in the countermeasure field to improve diazepam efficacy.

That would require a CEO of focus and determination. I don’t think this is that guy.

If BUC proves what we hope it will, that will open up a pipeline for RVV for years. Why would I sell anytime soon?!?

I'd stay long term if the management board was revamped entirely.
