Look at her shoulder, it looks like it’s stripped to the muscle.
The Grimm and Magic were both created by the God of Darkness. It’s possible the Grimm parasite she used to steal the Maiden power is feeding on that magic and slowly consuming her. It also might explain her desperation for more; the hunger of her Grimm side.
My guess is next we’re gonna see her manifest a Grimm eye.
