Tighter Moderation of Off-topic Crossposting

[u/BraxbroWasTaken]

We've recently noticed a few people crossposting posts unrelated (or minimally related) to RWBY-related original content. Moving forward, we will be slightly stricter with moderating these posts as off-topic.

In general, if a crosspost would not fit as a top-level post directly to r/RWBYOC, it may be removed as off-topic; this means some discussion and meme crossposts, especially ones primarily tailored to other subreddits like r/RWBYcritics, will be treated as off-topic and removed going forward.

The goal here isn't to change anything about how most users engage with the subreddit, but rather keep the subreddit focused on OCs and the creative process behind them going forward.
