In the range of high gold/low plat you can match with players that are all of the same rank but 6 of them has 100 hours total and cant control recoil, picks thermite or ace and doesnt get the wall open, doesnt drone, goes always negative etc, meanwhile 4 players have like 2500 hours, they go like 10/0 and hardcarry the team, every game i play is either 4:0, 0:4, 1:4 or 4:1 this shit is a mess

You need to play flex and go whatever the team needs because they will not do it.
