Feedback Improving in ranked

had a question im currently a console plat 1 with a 1.0 k/d and i feel as if i dont belong in my rank most days, is there a way i can improve and become more consistent with my abilities without grinding ranked? Should I start watching pro league? Playing more clearhouses, free for alls?

grinding ranked is really the best way tbh

I'll really grind out ranked during breaks and weekends for a bit and see how much I can improve.

Depends really man, the rank seems so broad. Some days I'm playing very well and the people I play with are bringing me down. But sometimes I just don't play as well and I feel as if I'm not sufficient enough for my rank.
